Your experience with The Temple Team does not end with closing! Jenny Johnson is our Post-Closing Coordinator, and ensures forever-lasting client care from your agent and the team. Jenny curates wonderful closing gifts for our clients and beautifully wraps them, as well as putting together our event door prizes and gift baskets. She closes out each file at the end of the transaction to ensure our agents have ready access to all your documents should you ever misplace your copy, and will mail your closing statement to you shortly before tax time so you will have it readily available for your accountant. Jenny also performs some of our behind-the-scenes administrative tasks from reports to office supply runs.
Jenny may only work part-time, yet she is the longest-running team member right behind Pam and Kent, and worked with Kent in another industry before that. We appreciate her loyalty and her ability to jump in at a moment's notice (having filled almost every administrative role at some point) whenever a member of our admin team is out or the workload suddenly gets heavier, so our staff never misses a beat! Jenny and her family are residents of Mooresville. She is known for her can-do attitude and everyone loves her friendly smile.
