Windstone at Weathers Creek is a new development that is underway in Troutman, North Carolina, brought to you by Windstone Crossing Inc. Phase 1 will be opening soon with 14 lots (lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, and 23), and Phase 2 will follow it at a later time with 8 lots (lots 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18). The community will contain 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes, and some basement lots will be available (lots 2, 3, 4, 14, 15, 16, 17). Homes will start at a base price of $399,500 and will go into the mid-to-upper $500's, depending on floor plan and if you add any options. The model home at 115 Windstone Crossing Trail, Troutman, NC (can be found via Google maps) will be opening on Saturday, February 14th, 2026. Our regular model home open hours:
