Windstone at Weathers Creek is a new development that is underway in Troutman, North Carolina, brought to you by Windstone Crossing Inc. Phase 1 will be opening soon with 14 lots (lots 1-10 and lots 20-23), and Phase 2 will follow it at a later time with 8 lots (lots 11-18). The community will contain 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes, and some basement lots will be available (lots 2, 3, 4, 14, 15, 16, 17). Homes will start at a base price of $399,500 and will go into the mid-to-upper $500's, depending on floor plan and if you add any options.
