Windstone at Weathers Creek is a new development that is underway in Troutman, North Carolina, brought to you by Windstone Crossing Inc. Phase 1 will hopefully be opening soon with 14 lots, and Phase 2 will follow it at a later time with 8 lots. The community will contain 3 and 4 bedroom homes, and some basement lots will be available. Homes will range from $399,500 to $562,500 base price depending on floor plan.
